职位描述
Purpose & general job discription
The jobholders can independently handle basic client issues which may range from configuration/ integration of hardware and software components, installation of new systems including networking, to diagnosis of a wide range of basic problems, both software and hardware. With advice, the jobholders can handle complex client issues.
Main responsiblities & key tasks
1. Independently perform all basic work of on-site or remote technical support for retail customers.
2. As account service owner of general accounts, and contribute business continuity.
3. As project manager of simple project.
4. Conduct standard technical training.
5. Share experience by contributing quality document in KM.
6. Good teaming and active participation to meet team target.
7. Achieve a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken.
8. Submit accurate and timely working report.
9. Have one key competence in support/service area.
10. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Related Experience / Competencies Required
1. Effective communication skill, oral and writing.
2. Good English in writing.
3. Experienced in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft applications are advantages.
4. TCP/UDP/IP, FTP protocols overview, Linux System.
Education / Special Knowledge & Skills
1. Bachelor Degree
2. 3-7 years of relevant working experience in retail industry.
3. General IT knowledge and working experience.
4. General retail knowledge & experience.
