Customer Service Technician/manager
Your tasks:
- Customer support for technical problems with SILOKING Machines via e-mail, telephone and in the field
- Become knowledgeable in all product’s technical aspects of SILOKING Machines on our customers’ farms
- Cover the Trouble shooting and maintenance process
- Give training for SILOKING dealers and customers
- Processing our customers’ orders for spare parts
- Be a key part of the technical support team for the company
- Support in preparing and translating customer service notes and documents for technical clarification
- Support in optimizing our products to meet our Chinese customers‘ specific requirements
Yourqualifications:
- Completed appropriate technical training or relevant university degree (mechanical technician or engineer or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of agricultural technology/machinery
- Readiness to follow several weeks of training and initial training at our German head office
- Willingness to travel regularly to provide on-site customer service to our customers in various Chinese provinces.
- Good knowledge of English – A must
- Ability to contact customers correctly in technical and service processes
- Ability to function in a small team and contribute to the company success
- Ability work independently both in the office and in the field.
- Ability to take responsibility and bring tasks to completion.
