职位描述

Position: BD Manager 业务发展经理


Qualifications/Skills:


· Bachelor graduate;


· The ideal candidate will have minimum 8 years experience selling in complex decision making environments;


· With demonstrated success in consultative selling in a business-to-business service industry, with preference selling to the Banking/Financial.


·Selling BPO or Document Management Solution.


· Rich Experience in developing new markets with a proven track record of successful launching in China.


· Candidate must possess experience in presenting/discussing to top customer management and the ability to manoeuvre within a customer organization to locate key contacts for selling Recall’s services.


· Be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats in both Chinese and English.


· Independent, ambition, commitment, energy, enthusiasm, good team spirit and desire to win are imperative!!



Major responsibilities:


· Identify prospective key accounts and develop/execute a successful sales strategy tailored to those prospective clients.


· Develop and establish relationships with targeted clients, and meet individual sales goals with budgeted resources.


· Pricing Management - Implement pricing decisions and standards as approved by the General Manager.


· Promote Recall and reaffirm Corporate image through ad hoc events, associations and through incorporating image into sales effort.


· Sales Reporting - Accountable for the accurate and timely submission of sales reports and input of required data into the company’s CRM systems.


· Operations Coordination - Facilitate communication between sales and operations to ensure service quality, service ease and profitability.
