Responsibilities
He/She is based in Shanghai and focus on technical service job in BMS (Biomarker Service) program. He/She is also working alongside our other PAD Specialists to support instrument post-sell installation training and contribute pre-sell support in East China. The core responsibilities are as follows.
Major Position Responsibilities
- Routine technical service job in BMS (Biomarker Service) and to be responsible for BMS lab routine management & maintaining
- To provide technical/application support for hardware platforms by in-field visit, lab demo ( Be Our Guest program), calls and emails when necessary
- To deliver training for hardware installation bases and end user re-training when necessary
- To closely work with Merck Millipore instrument and reagent sales, marketing team and technical supporting team.
Requirements/Qualification
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor degree or above in Cell & Molecular Biology or Biology background, with 2 years working experience in company or lab doing biology experiments is a plus.
- Be patient and exquisite in the personality.
- High Energy, Team player and the ability to work under pressure and help sales to meet their goals by providing solid service job.
- Good Command of English.
- Experience on Luminex, ELISA, Real Time PCR, Flow Cytometry preferred.
- Nice presentation skill & communication skill.
- Prior experience working in an office based scientific technical support role preferred.
- Basic office computer software application skills
- Travel will be requested when necessary
