工作内容：· Handle raw material import/export, works closely with the broker on the custom clearance and delivery.
· Close communication with the Planning team to get the materials moving to meet the production schedule.
· Follow urgent shipment and prioritize the shipments. Shorten transportation lead time.
· Trouble shooting on import/export activities, alerts and solves the unexpected problem timely.
· Maintains import logistics database, keeps the hardcopy record. Monthly analysis on lead time improvement.
· Works with the broker to get the import custom clearance sheet timely so that finance team can arrange account payable.
· Verifies the forwarder and broker service invoices of import/export shipments.
· Keep close communication with handbook administrator on the import/export activities of handbook related items to keep QTY balance of customs handbook.
· Undertake additional tasks requested by the manager.
· Maintain good relationship with custom/government offices
学历要求：

· College degree or over in trade management or relevant
能力要求：

· At least 3-5 year working experience in import & export in similar industry.
· Warehouse management; productivity improvement, Lean production experience/practice will be an advantage.
· Good work attitude, Open-minded, careful and good sense of responsibility.
· Possess good interpersonal/communication skills and able to interface at international levels with good English language ability.
英语要求：

· Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
电脑要求：

· Skilful in MS Office, Internet and E-mail, capability in computer application, ERP/MRP
