工作内容：

＊ Build local Employer Brand. Setup and Implementing recruiting strategy and plan

＊ Establish early career talent pipelines

＊ Conduct job analysis through effective communicate with hiring manager to understand the job

＊ Manage the recruitment process to ensure qualified applicants are selected

＊ Conduct interviews with short listed candidates and makes recommendations and offers

＊ Develop and maintain relationship with recruiting channels to maximize recruiting efficiency

＊ Responsible for recruiting project, such as campus recruiting

＊ Help on manpower analysis report and recruitment efficiency report

＊ Responsible for performance management in partnership with business partners

＊ Responsible for employee relation issues

学历要求：

＊ Bachelor degree or above.

＊ Recognized competency based interviewing trained would be desirable, e.g. DDI Targeted Selection

＊ Business or HR qualification (e.g. HR/Business studies degree) is preferred.

经历要求：

＊ Minimum 3 years work experience in HR function focusing on recruiting and HR daily support, head-hunter experience is well preferred

＊ Familiar with recruiting process and related HR tools.

＊ In-depth understanding of labour market and laws.

＊ International awareness, good communication and interpersonal skills

＊ Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork;

＊ Able to work independently and under pressure;

＊ Timely and high caliber fulfilment of resource requirements

＊ Quality of HR advice/intervention provided to line managers to support the quality, development, satisfaction and performance of employees.

＊ Quality of recruitment management and reporting.

英语要求：

＊ Fluent in oral and written English.

＊ Proficient in office software.
