Position Description:
1、 负责给排水和消防系统的设计、图纸审核、编制招投标文件以及施工管理；
Responsible for plumping &drainage, and fire system design, construction drawing review, bidding and construction management
2、 参与机电工程项目协调和管理；
Participate in internal project coordination and management
3. 和发展商、其他专业顾问、设计单位及承建单位进行协调；
Liaise and coordinate with developers, other professional consultants, design institutes and contractors.
Position Requirement:
1. Around 7 years of experience in building public health design and project management
7年左右楼宇给排水设计以及项目协调和管理相关工作经验；
2.Good knowledge of the consulting role. Two years and above experience in a foreign consultant company preferred;
了解工程咨询顾问的角色和工作内容。有2年以上外国顾问/咨询公司工作经验者优先；
3. Familiar with the national public health related codes and its application
熟悉国内建筑给排水规范标准及其应用
4. Relevant academic background, bachelor’s degree or above; Candidates with relevant certification preferred;
给排水相关专业大学本科或以上学历； 具备注册公共设备工程师职业资格者优先；
5. Consistent high levels of dedication and teamwork spirit;
具有团队合作精神、敬业精神；
6.Good command of English preferred
英文良好者优先；
7. Good communication and coordination skills are desired.

Mott MacDonald (Beijing) Limited has a five day 8 hour working week, Monday to Friday inclusive, but overtime may be required from time to time
