职位描述：岗位职责:
1. 负责根据公司发展战略目标制定本部门年度业务指标；
2. 建立并完善业务标准工作流程及各项规范，并组织落实销售过程管理，包括人员、进程、质量、成本及文档资料等的全面管理；
3. 参与公司制定销售战略、销售模式和奖励计划，分解落实销售目标、销售预算；
4. 协调公司内部资源，指导业务员完成年度销售任务，负责处理销售过程中的突发事件及冲突危机管理等，并及时通报相关领导；
5. 负责组织学习、引进先进的销售理念及方法，提升员工业务水平，负责所辖业务部成员相关培训与经验指导；
6. 向业务副总提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；
7. 从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议；
8. 编写、审核所辖业务部各项工作计划、工作总结、工作报告，负责本部门人员绩效考核实施；
9. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务，以及部门常规性、临时性工作。

任职资格:

◆高中及以上学历。
◆受过市场营销、管理技能、财务知识、产品知识等方面的培训。
◆5年以上销售工作经验。
◆2年以上销售团队管理经验。
◆对市场营销工作有较深刻认知，有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力；
◆擅长团队作战，有较强的管理能力；
◆有优秀的销售业绩；
◆有丰富的市场开拓经验；
◆具有较强的人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力、观察力和应变能力；
◆有较强的抗压能力，能在压力下保持良好的工作状态。
◆年龄：28-45岁
