Main Tasks
to develop technical documentation for experimental and production samples for the collection lines (to develop parameters for sketches, to prepare measurement chart, specification of patterns, to describe technology of some units, to prepare recommendations for processing, to prepare comments on sample quality).
to prepare patterns of the styles in CAD system.
to make pattern gradation and their conversion into the suppliers' CAD systems.
to control measurements of experimental and production samples.
to control fitting on the standard human figure.
to analyze Chinese and global apparel market, fashion trends in fabrics, technologies and constructions.
to keep control over pattern databases.
to participate in development of general requirements for the garment fit of different assortment groups as well as in correction if measurement charts.
to provide a report about the work performance results
Interview stages
Required skill sets:
University degree in pattern-making and garment technology
Minimum 1 year experience as a technical designer in a related area
Knoweldge of materials, garment technology for woven product
Knowledge of Grafis or similar CAD program
Additional requirements
English – intermediate, technical
Chinese - native
Advanced PC user (Office, Corel Draw, Illustrator or Photoshop)
