Main Tasks
participate in development of O'stin China marketing strategy
present to HQ proposals and justifications of marketing budget split and spends allocation
present to HQ proposals and justifications for market research requirements
coordinate liaisons with marketing agencies in China
present to HQ proposals for adaptation of advertising materials and control its implementation
organize and control implementation of media placement plan
organize and control implementation of advertising campaigns
organize and control implementation of in-store promoactivities
organize and control implementation of visual merchandising standards for O'stin China
present to HQ proposals for O'stin China marketing department structure and functionality
manage O'stin China marketing department personnel
plan, organize and control O'stin China marketing department operations
Interview stages
skill sets:
? University degree in Marketing, Advertising or Brand management
? Minimum 2 years' experience as a Marketing director in Retail/Apparel
? Excellent management and organization skills
? Creativity and innovation in work
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Knowledge of basics of retailers processes organization
? Windows, MS Office
Additional requirements
English – intermediate, technical
Chinese – native
Advanced PC user (Office)
