Create store conception, get approval of all necessary authorized personnel
Manage construction project group
Create project budget and control execution
Create and agree project schedule
Agree sketches of functional zones and store layout
Agree projects of engineering networks
Agree subcontractors
Manage and correct project execution
Control construction work according to project budget and store layout
Contact with Landlords, subcontractors. Take decisions according to situation
Manage store launch
Organize committee for the acceptance-conveyance
Control project deficiencies elimination after signing the act of acceptance-conveyance
Track all project expenditures and record project documentation
Transfer all project documentation to archive when the project is finished
