职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial advice and support to the General Manager and management team to drive business profitability and growth to meet budget targets
2. Manage external and internal audit processes
3. Ensure compliance with internal control and company policy at all times
4. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (IC P&L, service line P&L, accurate reporting of both P&L and Balance Sheet accounts)
5. Manage monthly & yearly global statutory reporting requirements (Statutory reporting pack, tax pack, HFM reporting) and local statutory reporting requirements.
6. Ensure management financial reporting is in accordance with Recall financial SOPs
7. Prepare & post journal entries, prepare & review balance sheet schedules and Balance Sheet KPI (DSO, CDO, working capital)
8. Manage and review system user access, security and new version releases
9. Manage the minimum control standards and management declaration processes, including collating, reviewing and drafting regional narratives for minimum control standard questionnaires
10. Manage treasury requirements and drive an accurate cash flow forecast
11. Ensure accurate reporting in both PeopleSoft (Oracle) and HFM system
12. Manage customer collection & supplier payments
13. Coach, develop and train team
14. Any other ad-hoc analysis & projects

Qualifications:
1. Professional accounting and/or finance qualifications (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
2. Proven knowledge of IFRS
3. Proven knowledge of China tax, accounting and legislative requirements
4. Strong accounting technical knowledge
5. Multi-national experience
6. Good command of English (MUST)
7. 5 years of relevant experience
8. High level negotiations with both internal and external parties
9. Leadership and teamwork capabilities
10. Ability to work within tight timeframes to meet strict deadlines
11. Good communication and organisation skills
12. Attention to detail
13. High integrity level
14. Computer literate (Word, Excel advanced user, Powerpoint, Outlook)
15. Experience in using PeopleSoft / Oracle and Hyperion / HFM software is preferable
