岗位职责：
1) 负责公司客户的维护和开发, 推广在线E-learning产品和公司指定的其他产品；
2) 把控、分析项目成本，对项目各部分费用内容了解并掌握；
3) 保持与客户的联系，及时发现客户的采购需求，并评估需求；
4) 识别潜在的解决方案选项，并从技术和业务适应两方面进行评估；
5) 负责后期的客户关系维护和项目协调;
6) 负责项目内部管理工作，包括资源需求配置及协调、进度协调、质量控制及人员协调等。

任职资格：
1) 熟悉E-Learning行业且拥有LMS应用运维经验；（对国内汽车行业状况有所了解者优先考虑）
2) 本科以上学历，3年以上的管理经验；
3) 英语听、说、读、写熟练；
4) 优秀的书面以及口语沟通能力，与现有以及潜在客户的交际能力;
5) 在独立与团队工作环境中能具备同时处理多重任务的能力。
6) 有效处理客户疑难问题，做好客户服务工作。

JOB DESCRIPTION：
1) Take charge of customer maintenance and development, as well as promoting E-learning product and other products designated by the company.
2) Control and analyze project cost, understand and master the expense for every part of the project.
3) Keep contact with customers, identify customer’s purchasing needs timely and assess their needs.
4) Recognize potential solution options and assess on the aspects of skills and business adaptation.
5) Take charge of subsequent customer relationship maintenance and project coordination.
6) Take charge of internal management, including allocation and coordination of required resources, progress coordination, quality control and personnel coordination and etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS：
1) Familiar with E-learning industry and experienced in operating maintenance of LMS application (applicants with understanding on domestic automobile industry situation are preferred).
2) Bachelor degree and above, over 3 years’ management experience.
3) Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4) Excellent communication ability in both written and verbal. Interpersonal skills in interacting with existing and potential customers.
5) Multi-tasking ability in both individual and teamwork environment.
6) Effectively handle customer concerns and accomplish customer service work well.
