主要职责
1. 对创意总监负责，定期总结汇报工作计划，验收指导设计主管相关工作；
2. 负责整个设计部门的日常工作，包括：部门建设、制度规范、人员招聘、人员培训、项目带队、项目分配、方向把握、时间结点、质量监督、成本控制等；负责重大项目的竞标或前期创作方向的构思、制定和风格概念的开发设计工作；
3. 负责重要客户的前期沟通工作，引导或领会客户意图，完美的向客户讲解提报；
4. 负责审定项目的创意方向、设计概念、完稿制作及提案文件的准备及美化；
5. 指定设计主管及主要负责人，审定内部提案方案，对设计主管的绩效考核进行评估；
6. 正确理解项目指令，根据客户反馈的意见领悟客户的真正意图，指导设计方案的修改和调整；
7. 负责整个设计部门的提案时间、提案质量把控及提报方案的差异化及项目完稿制作的外发审批；
8. 在预定的项目工时内，带队完成各项目的设计工作并对下级进行指导工作；
9. 负责整个设计部门的团队建设、企业文化宣导、专业提升方面的培训，培养优秀的设计管理人才；
10. 制定设计部的发展战略，提高整个设计部门的理解能力、分析能力、创新能力，促进团队协作更高效；


职责要求:
1. 正规美术设计院校本科以上学历；
2. 六年以上专业广告、设计类公司平面设计工作经验，2年以上的设计部团队管理经验；
3. 具有良好的提案能力、强烈的时间观念、优秀的沟通技巧及团队管理技巧，具有良好个人领导魅力；
4. 精通Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign等设计软件；
5. 熟悉印刷等后期制作工艺与相关流程，最大限度的提升制作品质、降低制作上的错误和风险；
6. 具备敏锐的观察力，精准的客户分析力，独特的视觉感受力，优异的设计表达力；
7. 出色的策略、创意、判断、分析能力，宏观把控设计风格调性，对设计品质进行权威的把握与指导；
8. 卓越的审美情趣，扎实的美术功底及艺术修养，手绘能力原创能力超一流；9. 指导表现能力超强，高质量、高效率的带队完成设计及完稿工作；
10. 出色的色彩与构图能力，具有丰富设计语言及创造力，设计不拘一格，具有跨行业的设计把握能力；
11. 超强的专业悟性和工作主动性，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
12.很好的平衡和把握美学和市场对设计的双重要求，完美的对整体项目进行全程把控；
13. 能胜任系统的全案设计工作，拥有驾轻就熟的各类视觉表现手法，有服务大型品牌的成功案例；14. 熟悉提案流程与方式，有良好的书面及客户沟通能力，能指导、管理及协调部门成员有效工作；15. 非常成熟的设计思维和表现手段，从容应对各种项目，能适应多任务处理的工作压力及项目出差；
16. 广告概念强，创作思维敏捷，具有影视及平面跟拍能力，了解影视制作流程及技巧；
17. 有责任心和团队协作精神及良好的职业素养和职业道德，做事认真，讲求细节；
