职位描述
岗位职责:
- 接听客户来电,准确解答客户咨询并录入客户相关信息;
- 处理客户投诉,并能及时准确地反馈、跟进客户投诉状况;
- 通过电话对顾客进行回访、跟进;
- 部门经理临时交办的其他事宜。
任职资格:
- 大专以上学历,一年以上客户服务中心工作经验;
- 具备较强的沟通表达能力,声音甜美,普通话标准;
- 较强的团队协作能力,良好的心理素质,具备主动服务理念;
- 有很强的学习能力,思维反应敏捷,良好的协调能力;
- 计算机操作熟练,能够熟练使用office软件,打字速度50个/分钟;
- 汽车行业从业经验优先。
此职位为24小时倒班职位。
- To handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards
- To assist clients as necessary by taking actions and to provide high level services according to their needs and strive to always exceed their expectations
- To record conversations, actions, and correspondence into computer based system to ensure the clients and supervisor are updated accurately and timely on progress.
- To liaise with relevant external providers in order to obtain information and solutions for your customer problem.
- Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling
- Work towards achieving on all Objectives set for department and individual
- Work on projects as assigned by team leader and/or Call Center Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent command Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Good English levels (verbal and written)
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet), including strong typing ability
