Major responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Take lead project of new technical innovation base in CPO-PMO function by understanding the requirements from internal project requesters.
- Cross check/ identify the project requirement, work with IT function team to finish feasibility study.
- Collect BRD and business case as well as CBA, finalize BRD.
- Deliver the project requirement to IT function for the cost estimation, resource planning and timeline estimation.
- Solution implementation and follow-up.
- Manage project schedules as well as quality according to project requirement.
- Ensure lifecycle process would be complied by all function teams.
- Find problems during project development, make recommendations for development, improvement or simplification.

Qualification:

? Senior project management experience with back ground IT related.
? Multi-task management capability
? A good team player
? Proficient MS Office skills, esp Excel and PPT
? Good organizational skills, administrative skills
? Good attitude and communication skill
? English skill is a plus
? Willing to learn and be proactive, better with project management experience.
? Be conscientious, diligent, adaptive, optimistic
