职位描述

Major Responsibilities:
·Support the Auto business development team in explaining the operational capabilities of the CRM team to new & existing customers & providing operational input to new business opportunity submissions;
· Design, implement and improve operational workflows based on fully understanding of the business process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM team;
· Lead & develop the CRM operations team to execute relevant tasks with optimal levels of quality and productivity;
· Coach & develop the CRM operations team to achieve both business & client objectives;
· Openly communicate & share client & business goals with the CRM operations team, engaging the team to deliver the outcomes required;
· Commit to client expected time-frames to complete campaigns and tasks, and optimize the use of the resources, allocating staff according to business priorities;
· Assist with imports/exports of lead, contact, account and other data kept in CRM when necessary;
· Pro-actively require, monitor development and implementation of CRM system improvements in order to match business needs;
· Coordinate the preparation of relevant technical reports to internal and external clients about the operation, pro-actively proposing new statistics that could be relevant;
· Conduct analysis and interpretation of data and propose campaigns and actions to clients, being a relevant advisor for auto client’s marketing departments;
· Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality, proposing data-cleaning actions, and defining data-mining criteria;
· Work in close collaboration with Auto Business Development teams in order to keep regular contact with clients giving feedbacks defining new actions and campaigns, providing relevant data analysis, and addressing their main concerns.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
· Strong leadership skills & team management experience are essential;
· Good oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English;
· Self-motivated person who is able to work in pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, ever changing, fast paced environment;
· Strong relationship building & influencing skills;
· Proactive, dynamic, hands-on leadership & communication style
· Ability to manage complex, demanding & changing client needs;
· Proven coaching & development skills with a demonstrable capability to deliver & drive quantifiable improvements in team performance;
· Clear track record of creating & leading a high performance culture;
· At least 4 years prior work experience in CRM operations; automotive industry experience will be a plus; contact center expertise would be highly regarded;
· Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements for developing CRM workflows and systems;
· Ability to interpret database information, extracting meaningful and relevant conclusions about our prospect profiles, in order to define marketing actions to be implemented;
