职位描述
一、岗位职责
1.拍摄前准备工作：完成选题、构思和拍摄方案，并对拍摄场地、环境、器材做好准备；
2.拍摄中落实协调：落实拍摄场地、时间等；内外统筹安排拍摄进程；拍摄现场调度、安排、指导现场采访、问题的及时处理；
3.拍摄后编辑后期工作：与剪辑人员沟通阐明创作构思、要求，指导剪辑；特技、字幕等的运用；全面把关节目质量。
二、任职资格
1．广播电视等相关专业，本科以上学历，有一年以上的财经电视媒体工作经验；
2.熟悉播出流程、规范，能熟练使用电视切换及录像设备，了解节目制作设备；对常用设备及系统有一定的维护经验；
3.具有良好的节目策划能力，良好的组织、沟通、应变能力，能及时有效处理播出现场的各种突发状况；
4.普通话一级乙等 身高有162以上。具有一定的主持经验；
5.具有一定的财经知识和基础，良好的团队精神。
