职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责将设计师的设计稿转化成规范的前端代码；
2、负责配合后台程序员对接前端代码和后台程序；
3、实现网站页面特效、JS效果；
4、网站的页面优化及兼容性。
任职资格：
1.两年以上工作经验,本科及以上学历,计算机、电子等相关专业；
2.有兴趣并志于长期从事软件研发，具备快速的学习能力，善于总结思考，判断问题与解决问题；
3.具有良好的沟通能力、独立工作能力和团队协作能力，积极乐观，富有激情；
4.熟悉Javascript、HTML/XHTML、CSS、Ajax ；
5.熟练掌握HTML,LESS CSS, 熟悉页面架构和布局，可忠实实现界面设计。
6.拥有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低；
7.有一定的设计能力和艺术审美。熟练运用Photoshop/Dreamweaver等设计软件。
