Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for the companies
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and internal controls and measures
- Implement accounting system and internal control processes
- Liaise with bankers on treasury related matters and tax consultants on tax issues
- Liaise with local authorities on taxation, annual examination and related matters
Requirements:
- Possess minimally a Bachelor in Accountancy or its equivalent, Profound knowledge in PRC & HK accounting and tax regulation;
- At least 3- 5 years of experience as chief accountant, preferably in real estate industry;
- Experience in dealing with local authorities, bank or other organizations for regular finance operation.
- Proficient in written English and good in spoken;
- Hardworking, meticulous, independent, resourceful and good team spirits.
- Proficient in MS Office.
