Responsibilities工作职责
1. Responsible for delivering company standards and service standards to service staff.
将我们公司的营运标准和服务标准传达给服务客人的员工。
2. Teaching basic, beginner and intermediate level English skills to company staff with basic or no service skills.
教导不具备基本的或根本没有服务技巧的工作人员一些初级和中级的英文技能。
3. To be involved in updating company standards procedule (SOP) and planning, provide feedback or suggestions according to company standard, implement after approving.
参与公司标准操作程序的更新和制定，根据公司的标准提供反馈和建议，并经批准后实施。
4. To source suitable training and test material, adjust these materials when needed.
制作开发合适的培训和考试资料，根据需要修改这些资料。
5. To ensure that all training equipment and facilities are in good condition and available for use.
确保所有的培训设备和设施处于良好状态并可供使用。
6. Contact with suppliers or other out resources to set up training for company staff. 联系供应商或者其他外部资源培训公司员工事宜。
7. To observe and report on progress and discrepancies in training.
观察并汇报进展情况和培训差异。
8. To record and monitor all training schedules, classes and staff attendance; maintain training database and provide reports for management.
记录和监督所有培训时间表,班级和出席人员，保留培训数据和提供报告给管理层。
9. To make sure the training schedule are update to date.
确保培训时间的更新。
10. Performs other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior.
