Job Responsibility:
1. Plans, recruits and develops people to fufill the region and brand needs.
2. Ensure an excellent level of operations throughout the region. Has a high presence in restaurants with a regular rotation of traveling with all managers to ensure Operations Excellence. Provides a positive, impactful and learning experience with each visit. Conducts one OPS audit per restaurant each month.
3. Accounts for a strong region financial results - beats capex/LY
4. Takes part in the task forces / projects in order to prepare and execute the tactics for reaching the brand goals.
5. Leads and guides the team based on the BHHG Core Values.
6. Enusres brand protection within a region growth thru good maintenance of equipment and facilities, and effective capital expenditures.
7. Communicates effectively with all Managers and RST. Responds quickly to requests for information. Active participant providing honest & direct feedback in debate, decision making, and problem resolution. Contributes in a postivie and constructive manner and is open to pushback.
8. Champions Hospitality throughout area and ensures ongoing education and inspiration around Hospitality.
9. Is an advocate of company initiatives and ensures proper implementation and execution. Provides proper feedback to Leadership Team and communicates operational issues through the proper channels while demanding Operational Excellence in the execution of BHHG systems and procedures.
