岗位要求：

1. 3-5年房地产相关工作经验；
2. 在知名的房地产公司的商业部门工作优先考虑,或者在零售/餐饮公司的开发部门或商业房地产开发商等部门；
3. 在房地产市场上有丰富经验,拥有良好的人脉和关系发展；
4. 较好的英语口语和英语书写能力。


职位描述：

1. 开发和管理房地产市场连接网络，积极发现新网点；
2. 多考察市场，确定最好的适合公司商业网点；
3. 谈判专家，使用谈判技巧为蓝色地平线集团达成最佳协议；
4. 提供选址网点，确保高质量的数据收集和分析；
5. 与开发商和投资者建立发展战略关系；
6. 为确保提供更好的租赁环境，与租赁方建立良好的合作关系；
7. 敏锐扑捉竞争对手的增长计划和站点策略研究。
