JOB SUMMARY
A senior accountant is responsible to perform their daily and monthly accounting, closing. Such tasks relate to the accounting work for ANSYS China, Fluent China and ANSYS Hongkong. All work is completed within the Shanghai office without travel obligations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Maintain and preparation of both US GAAP-based accounting within Oracle and PRC GAAP-based accounting within local accounting software. This includes general ledger as well as Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable and fixed asset Ledgers.
2. Prepare social charge and other government related returns accurately and submit payments prior to deadlines;
3. Prepare specific elements of the monthly financial reporting in accordance with US generally accepted accounting standards (GAAP) for timely submission to US Parent Company;
4. Maintain statutorily required documentation.
5. Aid in the preparation of annual tax filings.
6. Aid in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
7. Special projects as assigned;

Education/Training/Work Experience:
? University Degree in Accounting or Finance;
? Public accounting firm and/or public company accounting for a minimum of two or three years, respectively;
? Various areas of experience - such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax accounting, Actual vs. Budget analysis;
? Excellent skill and knowledge Excel and an accounting package such as Oracle is a plus;
? Experience in a software company is a plus;
