岗位职责:
1、接转电话，接待来访客人；
2、名片制作，信件收发，定期更新通讯录，会议室管理；
3、协助完成办公资产、办公用品与杂物的采购、维护和管理；
4、外籍员工签证办理
5、负责员工出差机票、酒店预订
6、负责与物业公司、保洁公司、邮递公司等行政事务往来公司的对接，以及费用结算事项。
7、岗位其他相关事宜。

岗位要求:
1、全日制大专以上学历，流利的英语口语和读写能力；；
2、良好的职业素养，具有较强的敬业精神、团队精神和工作责任心；
3、工作细致、认真，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
4、为人热情，具有较强的亲和力及良好的服务意识。
5、熟练使用office等办公软件；

LP Amina's staff has over 50 years combined experience in the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of coal- fired large utility boilers. Over the past 20 years, the team has gained a wide range of experience from the evolution of the US power market. Increases in environmental regulations and free market driven energy prices have forced plant operators to reduce emissions and improve reliability while lowering operational cost. LP Amina's engineering and design team will leverage this experience gained from the US and Europe to address the emergence of similar issues in China.
