Main responsibilities of the position:
1, Effective and efficient management of the operation, implementation, and support of IT LAN/WAN, server, telephony and telecommunications equipment. Management and training of direct reports.
2, Accountable for day-to-day administration of the file servers,backup, network access (LAN/WAN) and LAN equipment located in the company facility.
3, Work with US counterpart to manage day-to-day tasks related with front end IT and assist as needed with back end IT.
4, Providing quality support for Microsoft and related products
5, Ensure that defined operational processes are adhered to and reporting evidence is maintained to support annual audit compliance as necessary
6, Information System planning, implementation, routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
7, Provide support, maintenance and end user training pertaining to the IT application and systems. Be involved in further development and function extension of IT infrastructure.
8, Be able to implement and manage IT Projects in alignment with the company’s strategies and business needs.?
9, Communicate effectively to management to explain current IT situation and help balance needs. Weekly update to direct manager.

Principal competencies, skills and background:
1, B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
2, 3-5 years of relevant experience.
3, Experience with network infrastructure and IT hardware support.
4, Creative, good problem solving skills, and "out-of-the-box" thinking
5, Proven experience with implementing, using or supporting Wintel system and groupware.
6, Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
7, Able to work independently, setting of priorities and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
8, Network and other IT industry certificate is a plus.
9, Previous project management experience or certificate is a plus
10, MS Certificate(s) is a plus
