Major Duties:
-Taking the Charge of the Financial Management concerning to Juerui Industry and Xibarita Totally, Including:
-Improvement in the Financial Management regulation, Business Process and Document Management
-Miscellaneous Financial Reports and Necessary Financial Analyses to the Board
-Check and Management of the Daily Financial Transaction, Scrip, Financial Statement Preparation, AR and AP, Expenses and Monthly Billing
-Supervision and Management of the Integrity of Stock and Property Including the Assset, Periodic Check on the Doubtful Account Provision and Management
-Miscellaneous Periodic Tax Declaration and Annual Survey and Audit Including Annual Audit, Income Tax Liquidation, Industry and Commerce Annual Inspection, Debts and Loss, Business Tax and Etc.
-Organize the work of cost management Including cost Anticipation, Control, Check, Analysis and Appraisal to Ensure the Achievement in the Profit Target;
-Coordination Between the Company and the Government Departments of Tax, Industry and Commerce and Finance and Leadership in the Financial Department for the Business Development of the Company;

Requirements:
-With the Bachelor Diploma and Certificate of Accounting Professional ,Majoring in Financial Management and Accounting
-Accounting Experience in the Industry of Commercial trade and Manufacturing, Familiarity With Tax Legislation, Finance and the Policy of Foreign exchange verification policy;
-Familiarity With Financial Management and Control, cost accounting and general ledger processing etc, in the Catering Industry or FMCG
-Positivity rigorous, Sincerity, Earnestness, good occupation ethics, entrepreneurial passion and ability of communication and coordination
-Familiarity With Financial Software Such as Kingdee and Yongyou and Microsoft Office, Mastery of Basic business English;
-Preference Given to Anyone With the Experience of Comprehensive Commercial Trade Finance Practice or Entitled With Assistant CPA or Any Higher Title;



主要职责：
全盘负责集团下属的爵瑞实业和爵瑞餐饮管理有限公司的财务管理，包括如下：

-完善及规范财务管理制度、业务流程及档案管理；
-向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
-审核及管理日常往来账务处理、票据/凭证审核、报表编制、应收应付账款核销、费用开支及月度结账等工作流程；
-监督和管理库存/存货、固定资产等各项财产真实完整性，定期清查坏账计提及坏账处理，正确核算经营成果；
-定期完成各项税收申报与审计/年检，包括年度审计、所得税清算、联合工商年检、资产负债与损益/营业税申报等；
-组织公司的成本管理工作，进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成；
-协调公司与税务、工商、财政等政府部门的合作，并带领财务团队有效推动公司业务发展；

任职要求：
-大专以上学历，财务管理或会计相关专业，具备会计上岗资格证；
-5年以上商贸类或制造类财务管理工作经验，熟悉税法、金融和外汇核销政策；
-熟悉快速消费品或餐饮行业的账务核销操作、成本核算及总账处理等；
-积极严谨、诚信敬业、具备良好的职业操守、创业激情和沟通协调能力；
-熟练使用金蝶、用友等财务及Office办公软件，掌握基本商务英语交流；
-具备商贸类财务全盘实操经验或具备助理会计师以上职称者优先考虑；
