Job Objective工作目的
Coordinate with internal technical team and external outsourcing party to meet department target and assist line manager complete various planning and design matters.与公司技术部门及外包公司协调沟通以达成部门目标，并协助上级完成规划设计相关任务。
Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1)Design Development设计开发
Developing programs for the various design milestones to ensure that the task is completed in time to support planning approval and development or construction progress. This includes conduct working out requirements to bring on board the various consultants and working with these consultants to ensure that the processes meet set targets. In line with this to also handle matters relating to preparing specifications and scope of works for the various consultancies including the signing contracts. At the design stage to then coordinate with internal and external parties to complete various tasks according to the plan. 为设计相关的各种重大事件制定程序，以确保及时完成任务，从而支持设计审批及工程开发进度，包括制定出具体要求以使得各个目标落地，同时据此处理给顾问公司制订设计规范及工作范畴相关的事务，包括合约签署在内。在设计阶段，内外沟通，根据计划完成各项任务。
2) Payment付款
According to the contract and the requirements of SOP, conduct the payment checking and change checking during the planning and design process.按合同及公司SOP要求, 在规划设计过程中进行付款的审核及变更的审核
3) Settlement结算
Responsible for the Settlement of various projects as and when assigned根据安排，负责各个项目的结算工作
4) Contract approval management合同审批管理
To ensure that approval for design schemes are obtained in time for development. 确保设计方案及时获得审批
5) Learn internal process and policy内部流程制度学习
Learn new processes and policies in a timely manner and conduct these processes in strict accordance to set guidelines.及时学习公司新的流程制度并严格按新流程执行
Others 其他
Undertake other special assignments and related duties as and when required by GM, AGM and Manager, RES and other superiors.完成房地产服务总经理，副总经理，经理分派的特殊任务及相关事务。
Education Requirements 知识和教育水平
At least a Bachelor degree in Architecture, Planning, Design, or related discipline from an accredited College / University.本科学历，建筑学，规划设计或相关专业，正规院校毕业。
Required level of experiences所需的工作经验
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing design process in the capacity of owner or working experience in design work with established Local Design Institues. 至少8年甲方设计流程管理相关工作经验或当地知名设计机构设计相关经验
Related working experience in Real Estate Company or consulting company.具有房产公司或咨询公司相关工作经验。
Familiar with planning the entire design process and managing design consultancy contracts.熟悉整个设计流程的规划及对于设计顾问公司合同的管理。
Intermediate title, National Registration Architect or CET-6 is a priority.具有中级职称，全国注册建筑师英文六级优先考虑。
Similar design project experience.具有类似项目设计经验。
