职位描述

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1)Meetings and Conferences 会议
To assist in managing the schedule of GM(contracts & procurement) and coordinating the related parties to attend meetings and conferences on time and taking down of minutes where required by the GM. 协助联络各与会人员参加会议,并确保准时参加,同时按照总经理要求记录会议纪要。

2)PTC Preparation
To translate documents into English language and assist in power point preparation. Co-ordinate and arrange meeting with PTC members.
翻译文件,协助准备PPT。协调和安排PTC成员参加会议。

3) Document and Filing Management文档管理
To check, organize and file relevant documents
相关文件进行核对、整理及归类。
4)Business Expense Claims业务费用报销
To assist the GM in completing business expense claims via the company’s designated system. 协助总经理在公司系统中完成业务费用报销。
5)Business Travel Management公务出差管理
Coordinate with Admin and related department to make bookings at hotels, with travel agencies and other forms of travel related mediums.与行政及其它相关部门协调,跟旅行社预订出差用的车票及酒店,及准备出差相关的表格。
6)Procurement Unit/ Contracts Unit Support
To provide secretariat support to teams managed by GM.

7)Procurement Duties
To assist in simple procurement duties.

Others 其他
Undertake other assignments and related duties as and when required by GM.完成总经理指派的其他任务及相关责任。

Education Requirements 知识和教育水平
At least a Diploma from an accredited College / University.本科学历, 正规院校毕业。

Required level of experiences所需的工作经验
? Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Personal Assistant or Secretary role for Senior Management.。
? China working experience is required要求有国内工作经验。

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.良好中英文沟通表达能力。
? Proficient with office related software applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.熟悉相关办公软件的应用,微软Word, Excel, PPT及Outlook。
? Ability to work independently and handle multiple work assignments on timely manner.独立工作及在同一时间处理多项任务的能力。
? Ability to interact effectively, clearly and concisely with all levels of the organisation and demonstrates the ability to collaborate and cooperate across organisational boundaries.能够有效且清晰简明的与各层次人士沟通,同时具备与之协调合作的能力。
