Responsibilities
? Spare parts management including watch, jewelry and accessory spare parts
? Tools replenishment, delivery and order for owned-workshop, external workshop, new stores and wholesales
? Answer and follow up on requests from all channels regarding about repair logistic
? Follow up with Regional after Sales outstanding spare part orders
? Spare parts exchange process with the Regional after Sales
? Prepare period shipment of repairs to Regional after Sales and branches
? Handle sales of watch accessories to wholesale
? Handle the repair planner’s responsibility if necessary

Requirements
? College or above degree with major in Administration related subject.
? At least 3 years’ working experience in Customer Service in MNC/FIO. Preferably related to repairs administration in jewel /watches and accessories.
? Customer Service Oriented and techniques background preferred.
? Knowledge of products and components (Raw material, Stones, Finished product, Semi finished products, spare parts)
? Knowledge of stock management and inventory techniques
? Process Oriented- Spare parts inventory management
? Proficiency on operation of Ms Office & ERP operation such as SAP
? Good command of English in both written and spoken, above CET-4.
? Strong negotiation and coordination skills, good team player, integrity
? Quick to learn, Initiative and Flexibility
