The role is responsible for providing AD and L3 production support of Treasury Service Core Cash applications including the monitoring, supporting, troubleshooting, communication, coordination, escalation, reporting and etc. It also heavily involved on incident management, change management, environment control and risk control. The role needs to work closely with various teams, including local vendors, local business, regional ADs, etc.

Responsibilities:

• AD and AD level (L3) Support for Treasury Service core cash applications, especially for local applications
• Engaged in Applicaiton Development project as AD of local apps (including vendor package or regulation applicaions)
• Partner with Regional AD, QA, Prod teams and vendors to in review of incidents. Collect feedback and provide report for management review.
• Discover risk and issue on product support / incident / change; escalate and report to the right level of management
• Liaise with PMO and maintain a calendar of Key production events
• Ensure rapid response and clear communication strategies to users and all key stakeholders are well informed
• Communicate with influence to convey and guide acceptance of complex ideas for diverse audiences to achieve organizational imperatives;
• Influences work of others and facilitates group progress

Qualification:

• A solid background in the coordination of technical staff , operation teams and infrastructure teams
• Excellent communication skills (written an verbal)
• The ability to work independently and manage high workloads and dead line
• College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to create and maintain effective relationships and to facilitate action from technical resources using a collaborative approach.
• A proven track record in root cause analysis and experience in the use of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques and tool.
• Work experience in large financial firms.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle process

• Knowledge of Core Cash applications
• Banking system experience (China) in particular CNAPS (MBFE) and other regulatory applications solution
• Infrastructure product knowledge e.g. Websphere, MQ (knowledge of MQ connections a must)
• Negotiation skills
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Strong background on Unix/Linux platform, Relational database (Oracle, Sybase), and C/S, B/S applications development/maintenance
• Good understanding of Java programming language.
• Good analytical mind and excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
