岗位职责：
? 负责美国饭店协会教育学院(EI)培训产品在中国市场的销售拓展
? 组建自己的销售团队，根据客户要求，订制美国培训计划
? 负责培训计划的实施，从售前、售中到售后的全程服务
? 协助开发网上课程系统，拓展网上营销渠道
要求：
? 全日制大学本科或以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理或营销类专业毕业
? 有培训类产品开发、销售、或教学经验，在线培训产品的开发经验者优先
? 工作态度端正、人品诚实、良好的人际沟通技巧，和团队合作精神
? 能用英文作为工作语言，熟练的计算机操作技能
? TOEFL/IELTS通过者，大学英语6级，或专业英语4级以上者优先
Program Development Manager—Hotel Training Program
Job Description:
? Response for the America Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute training program expansion in China market
? Build the sales team, customize the program according to the clients requirements
? Carry out the training plan, follow up from the beginning to the end
? Assist with the development of online courses system, expand the online sales channels.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in tourism/hospitality management or marketing preferred
? Previous training products development, sales ,teaching or online products development experience preferred
? Good working attitude, excellent communication skills and teambuilding spirit
? Fluent English skills and proficient computer skills
? TOEFL/IELTS, CET6 or TEM-4
