岗位职责：
? 负责‘中美国际论坛’的美国、中国两地的会议活动策划
? 负责中国地区媒体合作伙伴的接洽及活动推广
? 招募会议的赞助商、演讲嘉宾、及参会代表等
? 会议活动的实施、现场控制、及会后活动协调等
要求：
? 全日制大学本科或以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理或营销类专业毕业
? 有大型国际会议策划经验，或媒体工作经验者优先
? 工作态度端正、人品诚实、良好的人际沟通技巧，和团队合作精神
? 能用英文作为工作语言，熟练的计算机操作技能
? TOEFL/IELTS通过者，大学英语6级，或专业英语4级以上者优先
Conference/Event Planning Manager
Job Description:
? Plan for the “UA-China Forum” conferences/events in China and US
? Responsible for the media partners approaching and activities in the China region
? Invite the event sponsors, speakers and delegates
? Implement and control the event activities, and the post conference activity coordination
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in tourism/hospitality management or marketing preferred
? Previous international event planning experience or media experience preferred
? Good working attitude, excellent communication skills and teambuilding spirit
? Fluent English skills and proficient computer skills
? TOEFL/IELTS, CET6 or TEM-4
