职位描述

实习生主要工作是协助高级咨询师和咨询师满足客户的咨询需求，工作内容包括：

－工作地点：北京CBD核心区；
－负责项目调研 ，需英文读写流利；
－欢迎应届毕业生；
－申请提供英文简历.

The Role
The Intern will be supporting Senior Consultants and Consultants on real client engagements in any of the following areas:

1.Provide support in preparation of proposals, reports and presentations
2.Assist in developing both quantitative and qualitative research(including secondary research) and tools for the analysis of data related to strategicand operational planning, talent audit, service excellence and workplace performance for a variety of client organizations
3.Assist in the information design of data, analyze findings and develop and manage visualization of design concepts
4. Summarize research findings, derive insights, and develop written and graphic presentations for clients
5. Design and assist in the implementation of appropriate leadership and organizational development interventions (including HR and Process Transformation) to meet the needs of clients

Other areas include:
1. Support the development of internal processes and systems
2. Assist in the delivery of teambuilding and facilitation workshops


The Requirements
1. Undergraduates in Business, Economics or Engineering preferred
2. Possess passion and desire to succeed
3. Take pride in delivering quality work
4. Take initiative and be adaptable to changes
5. Possess analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects
7. Good oral and written communication skills (English and Chinese)
8 Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
