Key Responsibilities:

- To work on Key Account Management plan and implementation based on full understanding of clients' organization structure and business strategy
- To establish, maintain and enhance relationship with key stakeholders of clients
- To communicate both externally and internally to optimize clients' perception on AGA service quality and value proposition
- To proactively manage renewal process and secure 100% renewal rate and healthy organic growth
- To penetrate clients' business units and product portfolio, and identify and capture up sell opportunities to achieve account extension target set by AGA
- To independently manage selling cycle including professional proposal, presentation, business negotiation, tender, and contracting
- To teamwork with Account Manager for routine account management and administrative tasks and achieve team target

Competence Requirements:

- University degree, major in Business or Finance preferred
- 8+years working experience in financial industry, P&C insurance company preferred
- Trackable records of managing big B2B account independently
- Professional presentation skill
- Multi-task management capability
- A good team player and contributor
- Good attitude and communication skill both in English and Chinese, both internally and externally
- Be adaptive, optimistic, diligent and precise-thinking
