岗位职责
社交媒体运营专员负责实施IQAir 中国社交媒体战略，发展品牌意识，产生本地影响力并鼓励产品应用。该职位和内部营销与公共关系团队协调一致，支持他们各自任务，确保意见和培养推荐社交媒体网络的一致性。
1 负责公司的品牌/产品在微博和微信上的官方账号的内容策划、内容编辑发布、以及读者互动/咨询解答
2 定期提供关于官方账号运行的数据和报告
3 检测相关品牌公众号的运营内容
4 寻找与公司的品牌/产品互相契合的官方或个人公众账号，进行合作的策划和洽谈及后期执行
General duties and responsibilities
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for implementing and developing Sesame Street English’s Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, measuring results leads and encouraging product adoption. This role coordinates with the internal Marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.
1 Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. Including, but not limited to Weibo, Wechat, Douban, Renren, PaPa, Sina Blog general photos and videos.
2 Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
3 Monitor trends and competitors in social media tools, trends and applications
4 Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels with other brands, including, but not limited to blogs, Weibo, Wechat, Douban, PaPa.

任职要求
1 两年以上网络推广相关工作经验，熟悉博客/微博/微信各项应用，
2有较强的文字功底，对互联网文化敏感，能够准确把握网民心态；
3了解网络互动营销基本手法，对网络互动营销、CRM、口碑营销有深入了解及个人见识，并具备成功案例；
4母婴类网络社区及少儿教育类网络社区的活跃用户优先。
5 英语能力强者优先。
Requirement:
1 At least two years’ experience in social media platform operation. Familiar with applications like blogs, Weibo, Wechat, Douban, PaPa.
2 Good copywriter, sensitive to internet trends and writing style
3 Sufficient experience on interactive promotions and marketing activities, has common sense for CRM, word of mouth and successful case studies.
4 Experience on children product or education industry is preferred.
5 Good English skills.
