职位描述

POSITION GOALS
To provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the Client and the Regional Operations Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with the CA Management Agreement - Exhibit A Scope of Work Service Level Agreements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Facilities assistant must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Procurement and Vendor Management

Assist in the management of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
Ensure the Contract Management Database is up to date at all times
Assist in the implementation a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
Assist with the development and monitoring of the Planned Preventative
Maintenance programme. Ensure vendor compliance with agreed progresses
Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
Ensure all Financial Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmenta
Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Assist the Senior Jones Lang LaSalle Account Leadership team with generating operational savings and creating initiatives to improve processes and practices
Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user
Pro-actively manage CA expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained
Assist in the budgeting process as required
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to CA
Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
Actively participate in all planned training activities
Refer to the Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP) for Key Performance Measures
Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met
Technical comprehension and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management both soft and technical
Knowledge of local occupational safety requirements
Ability to work within a budget
Strong written and oral communication skills
