Position: HR BP Supervisor
Report to: Senior Manager - HR & Admin.
Subordinate: 4 staffs
A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side, provide HR guidance and input to them on topics such as: business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, people engagement and development programs performance management , EOS, etc.
1. Be responsible for HR BP team management and development;
2. Being the consultancy to the HR BP & HR Admin. for any labour law and regulation issues;
3. Coaches managers/supervisors on HR processes and procedures;
4. Educate and train managers on the performance management process and the goals of employee development;
5. Design and implement appropriate rollout plans for people programs or initiatives;
6. Provide guidance and coaching to all employees on employee relations issues, feedback, career planning, mentoring, etc. Manage tough situations to resolution;
7. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
8. Contribute to formulate people strategy to support a fast growing business expansion;
9. Cross communication with other site HR team.

C. EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE
1.Broad knowledge in overall provision of Human Resources activities
2.General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
3.Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and coaching skills
4.Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure
5.Excellent written and oral English
6.Proficiency in MS Office application software (word, excel, powerpoint)
7.5-8 years’ HR working experience, minimal 2 years’ team supervision;
8.Working in a foreign MNC manufacture company is a plus;
