JOB SUMMARY:
Based in Beijing and working under the direction of the Product Manager. As Community Manager you will work closely together with Game Design and the Product Management to ensure consistent communication between the community and the company. You will maintain a list of game review sites and ensure our games are being covered.
Responsibilities:
? Work closely together with the customer service team to ensure all fan feedback is being categorized, prioritized and responded to.
? Daily management and facilitation of online communities in order to create highly engaged communities.
? Maintain a list of game review sites and ensure our games are being covered.
? Spearhead online fan engagement initiatives.
? Develop processes, procedures, and improvements for 6waves forum & fan page moderation.
? Writing and designing insightful reports that help us truly hear the voice of the players using a variety of tools including charts, imagery, timelines, and new creative approaches to highlighting key insights.
? Help answer ticket and issue from our VIP and Customers
Requirements:
? 2+ years in online community management as a primary responsibility, or extensive background as blogger, journalist, game review writer.
? Proven track record in managing a thriving community.
? In-depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and their respective participants (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Profiling etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
? Superb writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
? Excellent English (ideally multi lingual).
