职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for MSN external strategic partnerships and business development; content acquisition and managing deals that drive our business forward;
2.Responsible for driving the business plans and local KPIs prioritized by MSN Country Manager; creating plans that deliver against these KPI and business goals;
3.Drive strategy, planning, negotiation, closing and management of cooperation projects and operations; develop and maintain good relationship with partners for a full range of MSN business-the relevant partners may include Internet companies, Media,advertisers,content and service providers ;
4.Develop a deep understanding of partners’ short-term and longer-term strategy and objectives; drive the relationship building process at multiple levels, including at the senior executive level; integrate and utilize all the resource of MSN(Portal, Search, Mobile etc) to implement the business development and strategic cooperation;
5.Ownership to manage and optimize the partners relationships post agreement execution; responsible for partnering with sales when hand off partner for partner management;
6.Responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with groups across the MSN and Microsoft ; responsible for building great partnership with the MSN Country Manager; effectively work cross-functionally within online services group, including product management, product development, legal, finance, support and operations to close and implement deals.
Qualifications:
1.At least 8 years working experience in business development or related negotiation experience;
2.Experience working within or closely with multinational companies preferred;
3.Strong background in structuring and negotiating significant and complex relationships;
4.Strong analytical and project management skills;
5.Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels;
6.Energetic person with great passion to bear pressure ;
7.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
8.Fluent in English in both oral and written;
