System Project Engineer will work as part of a teamto do the technical design for large packaged analyzer systems projects.

Thesuccessful applicant should have a proven track record and design experience ofinstrument and analyzer systems. Educated to degree level in an engineeringdiscipline, the Engineer must be confident of working in a multinationalenvironment with English as the business language. Experience in the Refining,Chemical or Petrochemical industries and some knowledge of electrical equipment in hazardous areas is essential.

Organized, disciplined and self motivated, the Engineer will work with other engineers underthe guidance of a Senior Lead Engineer to deliver a technical design package on time and on budget, including the design of sample conditioning systems,analyzer houses and their infrastructure. Knowledge of applicable international standards is desirable, as is knowledge of some or all of the following
equipment:

Gas detectors, Gas Chromatographs, IR and UV analyzers, Oxygen analyzers, CEMS, and waterquality analyzers such as pH, Conductivity, TOC and COD. Also physical property analyzers such as Flash, Cloud, Freeze and Boiling Points.

Must be proficient with standard office software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.

Main responsibilities include:

? Full compliance with Company ethical standards and HSE policy
? Technical excellence of design
? Work with Senior Lead Engineer to meet schedule commitments by completing design on
time
? Compliance with all applicable technical specifications, codes and standards
? Production of and revision control for all engineering documentation and instruction
manuals
? Operational performance and maintainability of fabricated systems
? Quality management – ISO9001
? Communication with sub-suppliers and internal parties

在项目团队中负责成套在线仪表分析系统的技术设计工作。
具有仪器仪表系统方向的设计经验，并在该工作方向有可靠的业绩。具有工程学科的教育背景，且适应以英语为基本办公语言的国际化工作环境。有一定的石油化工、炼化行业的工作经验，且了解危险区域电气设备使用要求的相关理论知识。
在高级主管工程师的指导下，应在预算内按时完成技术方案的设计，这些设计包含样品处理系统，分析小屋，以及配套的基础设施。了解相关领域的国际标准，或是了解部分下列仪表对胜任仪表工程师的工作是非常有益的。这些仪表包括：
气体探测器，气相色谱仪，近红外分析仪，紫外分析仪，氧分析仪，连续环境分析系统（CEMS），水质分析仪表（pH、电导率、总有机碳、化学需氧量），以及物性分析仪，如闪点/浊点/冰点/沸点分析仪。
必须熟练掌握标准化办公软件的应用，如Word、Excel等。
