1、负责公司后勤、食堂、保卫工作管理；
2、负责车辆违章查询；
3、、负责食堂、门卫工作的监督；
4、、负责督察人事行政部区域的清洁卫生工作；
5、公司水电暖气供应工作；
6、负责公司基础设施、修建、改造等工作；
7、负责公司厂房、基础设施、办公设备、低值易耗物资等维护、保养及报损；
8、负责废品的处理；
9、负责物资采购工作（除生产原材料）；
10、负责公司车辆维护、管理工作（含叉车）；
10.1、负责公司内外出车或协调司机出车
10.2、负责车辆保养、检测、维修管理等工作
10.3、负责车辆保险、保险索赔及车辆年检工作
10.4、负责驾驶安全培训、管理工作
10.5、其他关于车辆管理的工作
11、负责公司各项费用的缴纳；
12、负责对外接待、内部出差人员接送工作；
13、负责出差人员火车票，车票预订、购买工作；
14、服从公司领导临时安排的任务，并努力完成。
