?Annual and quarterly digital marketing plan
Digital marketing strategy base on digital marketing scene and consumer behavior
Align key campaign & category support levels
Budget plan and management for overall digital activities except campaign specific budgets.
Quarterly Best Practice Sharing
?Corporate Website management
Manage & update Website contents
Drive Website traffic & Monthly traffic
Create innovative interaction with fans via programs & campaigns
?Produce best in class relationship marketing programs
?Drive social media marketing
Weibo, kaixin, Renren platform
Leverage creative contents from brand teams
Build linkage with Edirect, Website & key customers
?Lead Fans Club & KOL activities
Build and manage KOL network
Lead Fans Club activities, eDM activities
?Liase with global digital marketing team
?Interaction with PR on corporate news
?Campaign & NPI support
Annual media package negotiation
Localization of visuals suitable for Website & SNS and Studio (If needed)
Recommend creative digital marketing tools and media efficiency to CPMs
SEM/SEO strategy and implementation
On-line KPIs tracking & evaluation
Agency management (if any)
Responsibilities
1. Work with the business to define the business processes changes required to implement business intelligence solutions
2. Assist the business in assessing the data requirements of the solution.
3. Own the identification of the correct system of record
4. Assist the business in assessing the data quality of the required data -is it sufficient for the project need?
5. Document the functional specifications of the BI solutions
6. Assist the business in creating report layouts which effectively support decision making.
Qualifications
1. Experience in business intelligence solutions development.
2. Blend of technical and business knowledge. Must excel at connecting business requirements to business intelligence solutions and to measurable business benefit. Finance knowledge is strongly recommended.
3. BI experiences are strongly recommended.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Experience with Data warehouse design and architecture.
6. Demonstrated competence with reporting and analytic tools such as QlikView, Hyperion, Business Objects, Cognos PowerPlay, Microstrategy, Oracle/Oracle Express, Microsoft analysis services, SPSS or SAS
7. PMP certificate is a big plus.
