-Minimum 3 years experience in ASP.NET 2.0 (C# / VB) and SQL Server (at least 2000)


-Ability to write clean, readable and commented code


-Familiar with the standard of 3 Layers development (UI, BU, DB)


-Good understanding of .NET technology 3.0 and 3.5 is a plus


-Familiarity with testing methodology, test driven development, unit testing, etc.
