Responsibility:
Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be tasked to:
1. Maintain and nurture existing business operation;
2. Proactively grow the business through the accounts placed under your charge
3. Assist the Client Services Director / Managing Director in new digital business leads and win pitches;
4. To provide direction, planning, and team leadership to the account teams under your charge
Be the gatekeeper for all campaign deliverables to the client;
5. Inspire team-mates to performance excellence;
6. Partner with inter-disciplinary functions and contractors in integration.
Requirements:
1 With 5 years communication industry work experience preferably with 2-3 years proven digital and social media expertise
4. Can be from agency or other digital background
5. Be able to multi-task and perform under pressure
6. An enthusiastic and motivated team player
7. Proven ability to manage client relationship (decision maker or key player) is a plus
8. Expertise in digital communication resource: media and contractor
9. Proficiencies in Mandarin and English. Written and spoken
