职位描述：
日常营运：
1.通过指导和训练建立有能力而强大的团队， 建立团队精神及团队内部沟通
2.负责每日店铺营运以确保每日完成销售指标
3.组织店铺晨会， 保持店铺高度整洁
4.控制发票和满足预算目标， 管理销售收入和备用现金
5.向办公室及零售经理汇报费用， 销售报告及分析
6.维护店铺陈列以确保商品的展示和品牌的形像
7.日常库存管理
员工管理：
1.根据公司政策管理员工的表现
2.时常提供上岗培训和指导来发展和提高销售人员的能力
销售指标：
1.管理， 指导和鼓舞员工完成销售目标
2.为销售人员提供现场支持以便完成销售目标
客户服务和发展：
1.处理员工投诉
2.发展和维护VIP客户
3.跟踪和维护公司客户信息数据
4.管理，指导和激发员工提供卓越的客户服务以确保客户满意
职位要求：
1.3年以上店铺经理经验
2.熟悉女装时尚及奢侈品行业， 了解品牌及时尚趋势的发展
3.具有良好的沟通技巧及人际关系
4.注重客户服务和结果
5.积极主动，注重形象及细节
6.具有一定的英语读写能力
