· Position Title: Project Manager Inhouse Consulting
· Report to: Director Inhouse Consulting China
· Main work contacts: internal clients in all functions, sometimes collaboration with external service providers
· Location: Nanjing, China
Your responsibilities …
· Self-dependent conception and implementation of challenging consulting projects together with international internal customers at executive level
· Building a network with the business through outstanding project results
· Build-up of skills and coaching of peers
· Identification of value creating project opportunities within and beyond projects
· Act as an advocate , transferring knowledge cross organizational units
· Integration in the regional and global Inhouse Consulting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Working experience
· 3-6 years working experience in management consulting
o Development of organizational structures and processes
o Sustainable implementation of changes
o Project management, preferably with experience in leading teams
· International, multi-cultural experience
Education
· Master in Business, Economics or Engineering with excellent diploma
· Language skills in English and Mandarin
Personal skills
· Self-dependent working-style, focus on high impact
· Strong in understanding problems, identifying interdependencies, defining integrated solutions ready to be implemented
· Excellent communication skills, persuasive appearance at all levels of hierarchy and in different cultures
· Team spirit
· Willingness for business trips, also internationally
