Product Manager—Launch management/洗涤产品经理

Responsibilities：

1. Analysis of Chinese laundry market, consumer insight, trends and competitive industry environment.

2. Manage new product launch management via consumer perspectives, to build the bridge between products and consumers, features and values, product marketing and brand management.

3. Maintain and manage launch process by different stages. Generate key message, marketing concepts by brands, deliverables deadlines, and project milestones by collaborating with product marketing colleagues and brand communication team.

4. Collaborate closely with China marketing Communication team and be responsible for Laundry’s communication supports.

5. Organize regular/annual workshops with local China team and Germany Headquarter for strategies or directions alignments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master in marketing or psychology, MBA highly desired.

2. Familiar with home appliance industry is preferred, marketing driven industries, consumer industries, market research: electronic/ mobile phones/ fast moving consumer goods (Nestle, P&G, Sony, Nokia...).

3. 3 years or above working experience in foreign invested companies.

4. Good communication skills, fluent in English, good MS office skills.

5. Willing to learn, responsible, self-motivation, team spirit, result-oriented

6. Willingness to travel.
