职位描述

备注:应聘人员具备良好的英文沟通能力和客服经验,并能适应轮班,将优先获得面试机会。

A) Before Service
业务开始前:
1. Confirm reservation details with Reservation center, complete mandatory information. Cooperate with dispatcher/vendor deal pre-solution to solve errors may affect service fluency.
协助预订部审核预定准确性,确认信息完整。及时发现问题,与调度/供应商沟通处理方案。
2. Random check related staff’s preparation. Provide solution or suggestion by test status.
抽查当班服务人员的业务准备是否充分,测试司机或调度对服务流程的熟悉程度。根据一线服务人员的状态给出建议或补救措施。

B) On day duty
业务当天
1. Confirm service status and provide remind help.
提醒一线业务人员服务流程,确认服务状态。
2. Provide oral English translate service for drivers if necessary, communicate with customers to find out query then to coordinate urgent or potential issues.
为有需要的司机提供英文翻译服务,与客户的沟通、协调突发状况,避免投诉。

C) Others
其他
1 .Working hours for service coordinator: rotating shift schedule.
工作时间:轮班制,工作时段为5:30至次日凌晨1:30。
2. Handle urgent reservation ,modification or cancellation.
处理紧急预定、修改、取消
