职位描述：
1、负责北京区域直营店的店面管理；
2、负责直营店的促销活动的策划，实施；
3、负责与上海总部直营部门的协调；
4、负责北京直营店的订单协调，售后服务；
5、每周营销数据的监控，分析并提出改善方案。

职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，45岁以下，男女不限；
2、2年以上相关工作经验，有家具、软床、建材等行业工作经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉北京地区建材卖场，了解建材卖场的运营规则，政策等；
4、具备较强的执行力、组织领导能力、沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，责任感强。
